Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
All items sold by Bannered Threads are made-to-order, meaning that each product is printed only once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that you simply ordered the wrong size, colour, or changed your mind.

2. When you can request a refund or free reprint
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, you are eligible for either a free reprint or a full refund. To make a claim, please contact us within 30 days of the item being marked as delivered. Our manufacturer (Printify) states that no product return is required in these cases — you only need to provide photographic evidence of the defect.

3. How to submit a claim
Please send an email to info@banneredthreads.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A photo (or clear video) showing the damage or defect

  • A description of the issue
    Once received, we will review your claim and respond within 14 business days. If approved, we will either issue the refund or arrange a reprint.

4. What is not eligible for return or refund

  • Items you ordered in the wrong size, colour or style

  • Items you changed your mind about or simply no longer want

  • Minor print placement variations (for DTG printed apparel, Printify allows a tolerance of 0.5″ in placement) help.printify.com+1

  • Items that arrived in perfect condition and were correctly described

5. Refund terms
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited according to the payment method used. For orders produced, refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

6. Processing timeframe
Approved reprints or refunds will be processed as soon as possible once the claim is accepted. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Shipping & return shipping costs
Because we do not accept returns for change-of-mind orders, shipping costs for such returns will not be refunded. Likewise, for eligible defects/damage claims we do not require the product to be returned, so you will not incur return shipping costs. help.printify.com

8. Cancelled orders
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before the item has entered production. Once production has started with Printify, cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Printify
